Complete the learning guide Suspensions and Steering Systems by Wednesday, March 5.


The electrical exam rewrite will be April 2, 2014 at 2:30 pm.  All skills and assignments must be completed to be eligible to write the exam. You will find the "REVIEW GUIDE" in the video and reference web site

Level One, Notice of Exam

There will be a 24 question steering exam on all steering booklets Wednesday, February 12 at 7:00am.  This is a must attend quiz; marks will count for reporting purposes.

Notice of Marks Cut Off, Auto 12, 12a and 12b, Notice of Assignment

Term two marks cut off and final assignment due date will be Wednesday, February 19 (day 3) and Thursday, February 20 (day 4).

Auto 12a and auto 12b, you now have three assignments each due as outlined above.

Level One Notice of Quiz:

There will be a 30 question quiz on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 2:30 pm.  The quiz will be based on the following booklets: Steering Angles; Manual Steering; and Alignment Procedures.

Auto 11a, Auto Level One: Notice of Assignment

Level One Assignment One: Complete the booklet "Steering Angles" by Monday, Dec. 16. Quote the text for the answers as usual.

Level One Assignment Two: a) Complete the booklet "Alignment Procedures" in the usual manner.
                                           b) Read the booklet " Manual Steering" make notes on the parts of a steering gear and rack and pinion, one page each.   Include the purpose of all parts and their relation to each other.

Both "a" and "b" are due: Monday, January 6, 2014. Booklets are available Wednesday, Dec. 18. 2013.


Auto 11a:  The assignment " re and re (remove and replace) spark plugs" is now assigned.  Due one week before term two marks cutoff.

The first two assignments for Auto 11a, Auto 12a, and Auto 12b are now assigned.  Complete with questions and answers, hand written.  Due one week before second term cut off.

The Learning Guide " Steering Angles" is now assigned: Complete questions 1-15 by quoting the text in the learning guide where the answer is found.  Learning guides will be available Monday, Dec. 9.  Due Wednesday, Dec. 11.
